     All students must start with a beginner classes.  Students who are experienced pole artist/athletes must test out of beginner with a trial and approval from Expressions Fitness staff.    

Beginner I & II classes have a syllabus you can access when you come to class.  The syllabus can serve as a checklist to help you understand what it is you need to learn and what skills are considered "basic" in pole fitness.   


Beginner 1 & 2 Integrated classes 
Fast Track Beginner 1 & 2

Saturdays at 2:15pm

Fast Track beginner 1 & 2 is a class designed to teach pole tricks in the safest, fastest way possible.  Students will get all the instruction, practice, and step-by-step guidelines to learn tricks.  Pole tricks require developing knowledge that teaches the body to make beautiful shapes.  The class includes detailed tricks instruction, but no dance. 


Flow & Fun Beginner 1 & 2 

Tuesdays at 8:45pm
Wednesdays at 7:30pm 

This fun class has everything you need to enjoy your time while learning all the pole basics.  The class includes both beginner 1 and beginner 2 students with beginner 1 and beginner 2 movements.  You receive a Pole Map with all the beginner dance, fitness, spins, and tricks to learn.  It's a fun, all inclusive class with dancing and dancing exercises.  



Beginner 1 classes
Heels Flow

Monday 7:30pm

 
     Bring your pole heels for this dance class.  The class includes some spins, a little muscle memory development, tricks instruction, and amazing choreography that is sure to challenge and enhance your dancing skill.  There's a stretch at the end of class to increase your flexibility and help your muscles recover. You will get a great, artistic workout.  Happy heel clacking.
