Beginner 1&2

Beginner I: no inverts 


Beginner II: inverts included.   


     All students must start with a beginner 1 class.  Students who are experienced pole artist/athletes must test out of beginner 1 with a trial and approval from Expressions Fitness staff.    

Beginner I & II classes have a syllabus you can access when you come to class.  The syllabus can serve as a checklist to help you understand what it is you need to learn and what skills are considered "basic" in pole fitness.

Fast Track Beginner 1 & 2

Thursday at 6:15pm
Saturdays at 2:15pm

Fast Track beginner 1 & 2 is a class designed to teach pole tricks in the safest, fastest way possible.  Students will get all the instruction, practice, and step-by-step guidelines to learn tricks.  Pole tricks require developing knowledge that teaches the body to make beautiful shapes.  


Flow & Fun Beginner 1 & 2 

Wednesdays at 7:30pm 

This fun class has everything you need to enjoy your time while learning all the pole basics.  The class includes both beginner 1 and beginner 2 students with beginner 1 and beginner 2 movements.  Beginner 2 students who pass the physical requirements can invert and the end of class.   



Beginner 1 classes
Flow and Fun 

Tuesdays at 7:30pm 


Flow and Fun class is a dance class that incorporates pole fitness beginner 1 tricks into the dance choreography.  This class is a gorgeous way to express yourself and release emotion while learning pole tricks. 
Beginner 2 Classes
Pole Star Flow 

Tuesdays at 8:45pm

This incredible class will teach you all the basic moves that you'll need to know to build on when you get to your intermediate classes.  The class starts with a dance warm up and a little emotional, flowing dance.   We included just a few fitness moves so you can gain the strength for you complicated tricks.  Syllabus available at the studio.



Fab Polates

Mondays at 6:15pm

You can wear your yoga pants or leggings to this quality class.   The class includes fabrics and Pilates.  Half of the class utilizes the fabrics for increased strength and flexibility.  The second half of class is a Pilates class.  The class is designed to help increase strength and flexibility.
